Texting Terms of Use

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Cash Loans Bear LLC ("Cash Loans Bear," "we," "us," or "our") and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Texting Terms of Use. These terms govern the SMS text messaging program associated with our loan-matching service at bearlendnow.com.

1. SMS Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS text messages from Cash Loans Bear and our lending and marketing partners by:

• Providing your mobile phone number on any form on our Site and checking the consent box.
• Texting a keyword (such as "START" or "LOAN") to a short code or phone number provided by us.
• Providing verbal consent over the phone to a representative.

By opting in, you consent to receive autodialed and pre-recorded message calls and text messages from us and our partners at the telephone number you provided, even if the number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our service. Typically, you may receive up to 5 messages per month per campaign. Messages may include loan offers, account updates, promotional offers, and service notifications. You will only receive messages related to the services you requested or consented to.

3. HELP Instructions

For assistance at any time, text HELP to the short code or phone number from which you received a message. You may also email us at support@bearlendnow.com or call us during support hours (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST). HELP messages will provide information about the program and instructions for opting out.

4. STOP Opt-Out

To opt out and stop receiving SMS text messages at any time, text STOP to the short code or phone number from which you received a message. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive further messages from that campaign. If you opt out, you may opt back in at a later time by texting START or submitting a new request with your mobile number.

Opting out of SMS messages does not opt you out of email communications. To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at support@bearlendnow.com.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Cash Loans Bear is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the limitations and policies of your mobile carrier. Carriers do not guarantee delivery of SMS messages, and we are not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, or not received due to carrier limitations, network issues, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telemarketing laws. We will not send marketing text messages without your prior express written consent. You may revoke your consent at any time by texting STOP or by contacting us through the methods described above.

7. Data and Privacy

Your mobile phone number and any text messages you send to us may be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Statement. We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS data.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program supports major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and their respective MVNOs. If your carrier is not supported, you may not receive messages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Texting Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
