Your Oregon Privacy Rights
Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), Oregon residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal data and the processing of their personal data for targeted advertising. You also have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

However, we may share personal information with lenders and marketing partners for purposes described in our Privacy Statement. You may use the form below to exercise your right to opt out of the sale of your personal data and targeted advertising.

Complete the form below to submit a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request under OCPA. We will process your request within 45 days and send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
What Happens Next
After we receive your request, we will verify your identity using the email address you provided. Once verified, we will process your opt-out request and confirm that we will no longer sell your personal data or process it for targeted advertising. You should receive a confirmation within 45 days.
Additional OCPA Rights
In addition to opting out, Oregon residents have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
